He was reacting to comments made by Congress MLAs that people of Jammu and Kashmir should feel obliged to New Delhi for providing adequate funds to the state to carry out various developmental programs. Rasheed said, “If New Delhi and its puppets in the state are so proud of their contributions and achievements made by them in the sate then Government of India should not hesitate and run away from holding plebiscite in the state.”
