ANANTNAG: To ensure home delivery of LPG in rural areas, a meeting was convened today by the District Development Commissioner, Anantnag.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Tehsildars and Assistant Director CA&PD besides LPG dealers of the district.
The District Development Commissioner asked the dealers to ensure home delivery for rural areas without any failure. The dealers were asked to give the contact numbers of sub dealers, village and area wise to the Assistant Director CA&PD.
The Tehsildars will monitor the rate of LPG regularly and also registration of new connections. Supply of LPG will be ensuring alternately and the Tehsildars will report weekly regarding supply and consumption. It was also impressed up on LPG dealers not to charge extra from the consumers at the delivery points.
