SRINAGAR- The Legislative Council today unanimously elected Mr. Javed Ahmad Rana as Deputy Chairman.
The Motion in this regard was moved by Mr. Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, Mr. Bashir Ahmad Magray whereas Dr. B. A. Veeri and Mr. Naresh Kumar Gupta seconded it.
Later, the Chairman, Legislative Council, Mr. Amrit Malhotra and other members of the House congratulated Mr. Rana for being chosen as Deputy Chairman of the House.
