SRINAGAR: The Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Mr Omar Abdullah ordered placements and promotions of IFS officers in the Forest department.
Mr. Vinod Ranjan, the then PCCF, has been promoted in the apex scale of Rs 80,000(fixed), Mr Abhai Kumar (APCCF) has been promoted to the level of above super time scale-II (Principal Chief Conservator of Forests) in the Pay Scale of HAG+75,500/- 80,000/- on ex-cadre basis.
The Cabinet also ordered promotion of Mr. Manoj Pant, IFS on proforma basis and Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh, IFS on ex-cadre basis to the rank of CCF to the level of above super time scale-1(Additional Pr. Chief Conservator of Forests) in PB-4 Rs 37,400-67,000, GP-12000.
Promotions of Mr Om Parkash, Mr Roshan Jaggi, Jigmet Tapka, S K Gupta, Dr T S Ashok Kumar, Mr. Ashif Mehmood Sagar, Mr. N A Darzi and Mr. M A Tak to the level of super time scale-II (Chief Conservator of Forests) in PB-4 of Rs 37,000-67,000, GP Rs 10,000 on ex-cadre basis were also ordered.
Cabinet also ordered promotion of Mr. Mohit Gera, Smt. Neelu Gera, Mr B K Singh and Mr Sarvesh Rai to the level of super time scale-II (Chief Conservator of Forests) in PB-4 of Rs 37,400-67,000, GP Rs 10,000 on proforma basis.
Promotion of S. Senthil Kumar, Mr. A R Hazari, Mr M P Dogra, Mr M M Hussain, Mr Mian Javaid and Mr Sameer Bharti to the level of super time scale-I (Conservator of Forest) in PB-4 of Rs 37,400-67,000 GP-8900) on ex-cadre basis.
Promotions in R&B Deptt.
The Cabinet also decided to extend the period of submission of the report by the Cabinet Sub-Committee, examining the creation of new administrative units in the State by two weeks beyond 24 September 2013.
The Cabinet also ordered transfer and posting of Mr. Hilal Ahmed Parray, Director RAMSA as Director Urban Local Bodies Kashmir relieving Mr. Shafaat Noor Barlas of the additional Charge.
The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the regular promotion of Mr. H. K. Koul as Chief Engineer (Civil) of R&B department in the revised pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000 with grade pay of Rs. 8700 from 23-02-2006 to 31-05-2006 and Mr. Ram Saran Bangotra as Chief Engineer (Civil) of R&B department from 18-05-2007 to 31-03-2008.
The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the regular promotion of Gul Mohammad w.e.f 14-09-2007 to 31-5-2008, Vinod Kumar Puri, w.e.f 14-09-2007 to 31-07-2008, Arun Sharma, w.e.f 14-09-2007 to 31-07-2008, Farooq Ahmed Wani, w.e.f 29-02-2008 to 31-10-2010, Surjeet Singh Anand, w.e.f 25-09-2008 to 31-10-2009, Ashok Kumar Bhat, w.e.f 25-09-2008 to 31-05-2010 and Romesh Kumar Handoo w.e.f 01-11-2009 to 30-04-2013 as Chief Engineers (Mechanical) of R&B department in the revised pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000 with grade pay of Rs. 8700.
The Cabinet also accorded Ex-post facto sanction to the regularization of Mr. Jadav Nath Sharma against the post of Director, Horticulture, Jammu w.e.f 01-12-2011 till he retired on superannuation on 31-03-2013.
The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the creation of one supernumerary post of District Judge (Selection Grade) in the pay scale of Rs. 18750-400-19150-450-21800, w.e.f 01-11-2002 to 31-10-2004 for drawing salary and allowances in favour of Mr. Khawja Mohammad Qasim, Ex-District and Sessions Judge subject to the following conditions.
1. Post is created in the prescribed scale of pay in terms of applicable service recruitment rules of the Law Department.
2. Post agreed to shall cease to exist immediately after drawal of salary for this specific period.
