New Delhi: The Congress, which is leading the UPA government at the Centre, said after a two-hour long meeting of its core group that the government was stable despite the pull-out by Trinamool Congress (TMC), the second largest ally in the alliance on Tuesday night.
The Congress said it was unfazed and was all set to go ahead with its reforms. Congress sources said they had sent a message to TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee but allegedly did not get any reply.
