SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik who was taken into custody by police during a nocturnal raid on August 11 has been shifted to his residence and placed under house arrest.
A spokesperson of the Front said Police has cordoned the residence of Malik and confined him to his room. He strongly condemned the arrest and house arrest of Malik and termed this as brutal use of force and unilateral state violence
