Srinagar, Sept 17:- Government has Constituted District Level Committees (DLCs) for identification of the unauthorized private college and other educational institutions functioning in the State.
These committees shall identify and furnish information in respect of the district falling within their territorial jurisdiction every year by 15th April to Director Colleges, who shall compile and prepare the consolidated list by the end of April of the same year.
Government has further ordered that in respect of year 2011-12 the committees shall identify the unauthorized private collages, educational institutions and furnish report to Director Colleges latest by 15th October 2012 to facilitate further action under rules.
