Srinagar, Sept 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Mohammad Yasin Malik today paid rich tributes to the martyrs of 2010.
While praising the role of martyrs in promoting a peaceful struggle said that on 18th of Sept 2010 police killed three innocent youth Bilal Ahmad Najar,Noor Ul Amin Dagga and Maroof Ahmad Nath at Khanbal Islamabad while as on the same day Mohammad Amin Ganai Baramullah, Mubeena Ahktar Sopore, Ansar Ullah Pattan, Fayaz Ahmad Bemina, Ali Mohammad Baramullah and Shabir Ahmad Dar Pulwama were also killed in cold blood by police and other forces.
Yasin, while paying tributes to the martyrs said that despite of tall claims by the rulers and authorities even FIR’s have not been registered against the killers of these innocent people.
Malik who himself has submitted a petition in this regard in Srinagar high courts said that police and other forces are continuously disrespecting court orders in this regard. Yasin citing the case of Bilal Ahmad Najar,Noor
Ul Amin Dagga and Maroof Ahmad Nath of Khanbal Islamabad said that CJM Anantnagh recently deplored the role of police in this case and ordered to register case but till date no FIR has been lodged .
Meanwhile JKLF spokesperson has in strong words condemned the alleged arrests of youth people across the valley. A large number of youth especially students have been arrested by police in recent days and are languishing in police stations, he said.
Spokesperson while deploring these arrests said that this is another example of the state being actually run by police and forces.
