The life in the north eastern part of Delhi is slowly limping back to normalcy. But the wounds are still wide open. The horrible days of the previous month, can never be forgotten. In the capital of the largest democracy of the world, the innocent were killed under the very nose of the guardians of the common people.
It is understood that this land of diverse cultures is slowly moving towards the Hindu Rashtra. It is a manifestation of that very agenda that will set the things on fire.
When the president of America was enjoying the splendor of Taj Mahal and deliberating at the love story of Shahjahan, Delhi was burning with the cries falling on the deaf ears. When the deal of weapons was being signed for the security of the common folk, the very weapons were being used in some part of this country against the very same common folks.
Who to blame? It will take a lot of time because justice seem to be a remote possibility and country seems to be rapidly turning into a banana republic.
Dead is dead. We won’t see justice but politics. The politics over the killing of a human being. It is not the binary of Hindus and Muslims but about an Indian citizen, who will become an alien ,sooner or latter, perhaps sooner than latter. Hope good sense prevails!
