SRINAGAR: Police on Saturday said that body of an Assistant Sub-Inspector who had gone missing last month was recovered from River Lidder in south Kashmir.
A police spokesman here said that the body of ASI Habib-Ullah (belt no.207/KP), incharge of Naka Party Chandanwari, was fished out from Nallah Lidder near Zig mod Chandanwari area of Pahalgam in Anantnag district.
He had gone missing on 08 June and his body was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
