SRINAGAR – A pall of gloom was witnessed at Lalpora area of frontier Kupwara district after a two year old girl drowned in a local stream, police today said.
Police said a two years old girl, Rasia Banoo, daughter of Irshad Ahmad Ganaie of Ganaie Mohalla, Lalpora, Kupwara drowned in a local pond. The body was retrieved and later handed over to her relatives for last rites.
