Take full advantage of placement avenues at KU : VC to students
Srinagar – Besides German, French, and Russian languages already being taught at KU,s IFL (institute of foreign Language) Kashmir University Vice Chancellor Prof Talat Ahmad today announced that Ku is contemplating the introduction of Chinese at the institute shortly.
IFL Students today organized a Welcome and Farewell Celebration at the department at Main Campus of the varsity where VC KU was the chief guest .
Vice Chancellor said that students studying different languages at IFL have lot of job potential and hoped that the institute is able to create a workforce in the languages taught there including German .
Vice chancellor Kashmir University congratulated the organizers and participants for the graceful event and announced to the delight of the participants that his administration has plans for the expansion of IFL and advised the outgoing batch of the students of German language to take full advantage of the placement avenues created in the recent times at KU.
Director IFL KU Prof Bashir Ahmad in his welcome address congratulated participants for attending the event and added that this batch of students have created a new tradition at KU by Welcoming the new batch of students to IFL and bidding farewell to their seniors. He wished best of luck to outgoing batch and concluded his speech with thanks to Vice Chancellor for his support and cooperation to let the department tread the path of continued success.
