Srinagar – According to the Registrar General, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Srinagar that all concerned High Court J&K and its Subordinate Courts shall function for the Winter Session 2012-13 with effect from October 01, 2012.
The time schedule for office hours of High Court Wing, Jammu from October 01, 2012 to April 2013 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., High Court Wing, Srinagar from November 01, 2012 to April 2013 from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Court hours of High Court Wing, Jammu from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and for Sub Court Jammu Province with effect from October 01, 2012 to April 2013 from 10 a.m. to 4 30 p.m. (with lunch break from 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.) except Courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandoh (Bhallesa), Batote and Banihal).
The Kashmir Province, the time notified with effect from November 01, 2012 to April 2013 from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m (with lunch break from 1 p.m to 1.30 p.m) including Courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandoh (Bhallesa), Batote and Banihal.
