JAMMU: The state Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah approved promotion of Special Scale KAS officers, Mohammad Yusuf Dar, Saleem Mohammad, Hemant Kumar Sharma, Bashrat Saleem, Mehraj-ud-Din Kenu and Gulzar Ahmad Qureshi in the Super Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Service w.e. f 12.03.2013.
Cabinet also approved promotion of 4 officers belonging to Jammu and Kashmir Tourism (G) Services (KAS) to the time scale of J&K Administrative Service. These includes; Abid Maqbool Bhat w.e.f 28.12.2011, Malik Zada- Shera-ul- Haq w.e.f 28.12.2011, Dr Subash Chander w.e.f 24.08.2012 and Mohammad Maqbool Bhat w.e.f 24.08.2012.
