SRINAGAR: A speeding vehicle crushed a teenager to death in the Mir Gund area of Pattan in North Kashmir on Friday.
Nineteen-year-old Nighat Nazir was knocked down by a passenger cab when she was heading for the local higher secondary school to submit her admission form.
She was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared her brought dead.
The driver of the vehicle has been arrested and a case registered, reports said.
