For me if the preamble of Constitution is necrotised, it renders the constitutional values prone to sepsis. Now the question arises, what are the predisposing factors. The answer is not so difficult. It is RSS led BJP.
WHAT defines India, it is a socialist republic, secular nation and when this basic foundation is being questioned , undermined, lured again and again, this halts the innate immunity of India .
The RSS led BJP has diluted this basic ideal of the country.
The power to question is the basis of democracy. They have oppressed the nation and muzzled the voice of dissent.
Quoting an anonymous RSS activist, There is an extraordinary striking metaphor that Mr Modi is like a scorpion on Shivling. You can’t remove it with your hand as it will bite you, also you can’t hit it with Chappel, because of its sacredness”.
When IAS topper, Dr Shah Faesal decided to quit bureaucracy he posted a well-rounded note on his Facebook wall giving vent to his pent-up frustrations. The succinct note bears preponderance to the fact that he carries a chip on his shoulder. It is evident that Faesals fling in bureaucracy has pushed him to a premature decision” or an egregious error. It is of note that the write-up carries a surge of remorse and a much grave challenge which has reduced the idea of all-inclusiveness to a lawless state. The variety of forces unleashed under Modis thumb has straight ripped through his mind and has pushed him to say a big goodbye to IAS.
Political vendetta, muzzling of independent opinions, spate of civilian killings in Kashmir and the endless challenges have set him off crying. It would be fair to say that Shah Faesal has sucked into the vortex of despair and has found bureaucracy a closed shop to cut through massive tragedies which have long crept into the system. The germ of fighting back and a gallant approach cropped up inside Faesals mind in 2018 when he wrote about the dark face of India. By calling India “Rapistan”, he threw down the gauntlet in a country rife with ultra nationalists. The tweet stirred a fresh new controversy in the media and set the scene for a troubled disorder. The arrival of Modi in 2014 has wreaked havoc on many sides and Faesals step to quit bureaucracy can also be taken as an aspect of the bottomless pit. It was in the year 2017,an IPS woman officer was reduced to tears by a BJP MLA at Gaurakhpur in UP. Other civil servants also faced wrath for their opinions countering democratic edifice.
Shah Faesals decision to quit bureaucracy and to join NC has stirred a red hot controversy across. Some say his joining is out in left field and others say, right on the button.
For me Shah Faesal as an IAS officer and Shah Faesal as a politician strikes on my mind a million dollar question. Has he taken the decision in a tearing hurry? Has he misunderstood the unraveled mystery?. If I could turn back the clock, I took pride in him for his stunning feat in IAS in the year 2009 but his decision to sprout up political leaves has placed me in an invidious situation for the future understanding of former IAS officer Dr Shah Faesal.#R.I.P(Indian Administrative Service).
