We the save Sharda Committee would like to thank Kashmir Observer for carrying the “Open Letter” to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan making an appeal to allow annual pilgrimage of Kashmiri Pandit’s to Sharda Temple in Muzaffarabad. Pakistani media has already picked up the appeal and is seeking visits on the lines of the “Kartarpur Corridor” to Kashmiri Pandits.
We would once again like to appeal to the governments in Islamabad and New Delhi to address the longstanding desire of Kashmiri Pandits to visit their religious places across the LOC without the requirements of VISA. We as well hope that such steps would break the ice and promote peace between the two neighbours.
