KUPWARA The Chief Election Commissioner J&K today appointed Ishtiaq Ahmad Bhat as General Observer for Municipal Committees of Kupwara, Langate and Handwara to facilitate the free and fair conduct of ensuing Urban Local Body polls.
The office of the General Observer has been established in DakBungalow Kupwara. The meeting hours shall be from 10 am to 1 pm and the General Observer can be contacted at 01955-252164/ 7889629164.
