SRINAGAR On the second day of the first of its kind ongoing night football tournament Chinar Cup J&K being held at DPS Srinagar, Army Goodwill School (AGS) Hanjik clashed against DPS Budgam.
The match was a one sided affair as DPS Budgam dominated the entire match scoring 13 goals to nill with DPS midfielder Fazal Haider opening the score with a strike from inside the box.
Goals soon started raining in with DPS forward Asrar Nazki scoring five goals and earning the Man of the Match title.
Faizan netted three goals, Adeel two followed by one each from Redhwan and team captain Syed Arsalan.

On day three Sainik School scored five goals against DPS Srinagar which could manage any.
Saqib Shabir was awarded the Man of the Match for scoring a brace.
The second match between of the night: KV no. 1 and AGM City School proved to be a complete contrast. It was an exciting match that went to the wire.
At the end of the first half, the teams were on equal footing each having scored a goal. AGM took the lead in the second half scoring a second goal. They seemed set to win but for a late resurgence by KV. They managed to sneak in two goals on two corners awarded to them and thus won the close match 3-2. The AGM goal keeper Imran Ahmed was declared the Man of the Match.
