SRINAGAR Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik on Saturday called for complete shutdown on Aug 15 (Wednesday).
In a statement, JRL said that appealed people to observe this day as black day.
