Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper we the female regularised Rehbar-e-Taleem teachers welcome Mr. Chowdary Zulfikar Ali on assuming his charge as Minister of School Education, J&K government and hope that he will use his abilities and good offices to frame a transfer policy for those female Rehbar-e- Taleem teachers who are married outside their parent districts.
Such female teachers are facing a difficult time in managing their domestic affairs as time consumed in commuting between ones residence and office is taking its toll not only of their health but their family life.
We are not able to live a normal life and devote time to our families due to separations because of our far off postings from our post marital homes.
We are very hopeful that your good self will frame a transfer policy for us for which we would be great full and thankful to you.
This will be a great service to hundreds of families who are facing the brunt of official indecision on this grave issue.
Thanking You in anticipation ,
Nighat Tahir
on behalf of all female RRT Teachers of J&K.
