BandiporaIn a bizarre incident, the district president of fisheries employees union, Bandipora has ordered the transfer of two employees of the department without competence.
According to an order, a copy of which lies with Kashmir Observer, the district union president, Nisar Ahmad Mir has allegedly ordered the transfer of two employees namely Mohammad Sultan Lone (field supervisor) and Mohammad Shafi Sheikh (fisheries guard) without any authority.
An employee of the department said, that the district president has issued the order on his own.
How can a union president issue such an order? And in which capacity Questioned an employee who wished not to be named.
Another employee said that this is a matter of serious concern and the Assistant Director of the department should take an immediate action against the accused,
The employees also appeal Director Fisheries J&K to order an enquiry in this regard.
When contacted Assistant director department of fisheries, Sajjad Hussain said: “no such order has been issued by anyone, this is a fake order and someone has done it mischievously, how can a union president issue such an order?”
When asked about the seal and signature of his authority on the letter he said I have constituted a committee regarding the matter and necessary action will be taken again those employees who would be found guilty.
