SrinagarGovernment forces detained a youth during Search Operation in north Kashmir district of Bandipora on Monday, official sources said.
They said, troops of Rashitriya Rifles (RR), Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF launched a joint search operation in Hajin area of Bandipora district, following a tip off about the presence of militants in the wee hours on Monday.
Forces sealed all exit points in the area and later conducted searches.A youth was detained for questioning before the security forces called off the search operation, they said.
