TralThe subscribers of private telecommunication company, Airtel, have complained about erratic calling and Internet services, at some villages in Tral area of Pulwama district.
The Airtel subscribers from Nahir , Khasipora, Monghama , Chatrogam and Shalraman in Tral, told Kashmir Observer, that they are facing immense problems due to erratic calling and internet services in the areas from last few days.
We are unable to access the internet as every time it shows errors while opening the pages on it and also echo and frequent call drops while calling to others, subscribers told this reporter.
The subscribers said, Although Airtel is the leading telecommunication company, but the company failed to provide quality calling and internet service to the people of these villages.
The subscribers requested the head of the concerned company to restore the calling cum internet services in these areas, so that local people may not face any inconvenience in future.
When contacted concerned Airtel Official regarding the issue, said that “We will look into the matter and will also try to solve the problems soon.”
