SRINAGAR: Two persons died and another was injured in two separate road accidents in the valley today.
Police said a Tata-407 minibus bearing registration number 5262/JK03 hit and injured Azhar Ahmad Wani son of Mushtaq Ahmad resident of Laizbal, Anantnag and Shahzad Hussain Wani son of Abdul Majid Wani resident of Sarnal, in the jurisdiction of Police station Anantnag. Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment where they succumbed to their injuries. The bodies of deceased persons were handed over to their relatives for last rites. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle bearing registration number Jk13/7198 hit and injured Raja Bano wife of Abdul Gani Dar resident of KaKpora, Pulwama, in the jurisdiction of police Kakpora. The injured lady was shifted to Hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in this regard.
