Srinagar Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan Wednesday convened a meeting to review the progress of land acquisition of new industrial estates.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Deputy Director Planning, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Director Industries & Commerce and other concerned officers were present in the meeting whereas all Deputy Commissioners including Leh & Kargil participated the meeting through Video Conferencing.
The meeting reviewed the progress made by the DCs in indentifying and transferring the land for the establishment of new industrial estates in all districts.
Div Com directed all DCs that the process regarding the identification of land and transfer to the Directorate of Industries & Commerce department shall be completed within a month so that new Industrial Estates will be established across the valley for the growth of economy graph.
