JAMMU: A middle-aged man died of cold in city outskirts of this winter capital, police here said.
“An unidentified man was found dead this morning along the road side in Chinore area of city outskirts,” police here said. Police said his body was shifted to the mortuary of the Government Medical College and Hospital for identification.
