Ganderbal The two-day Citizenship Training Camp for Student Teachers organised by the department of Teacher Education, School of Education of the Central University of Kashmir (CUK) concluded at Sonmarg here on Friday.
On the second day of the camp, the faculty distributed free school bags along with the stationary items to the students of Government Girls Middle School Gujjarpati Prang, Zone Kangan.
Camp convener, Prof. Nighat Basu while speaking on the occasion said the University would organize such camps on regular basis in future as well.
Dean Student Welfare, Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Nikka hailed the department for organising the camp and donating the stationary among the students.
Faculty members of the School of Education, parents of different schools were also present on the occasion.
The students later undertook a cleanliness drive at Sonmarg.
