Srinagar A 13-month old baby on Sundayevening drowned in a water tub at Diver area of north Kashmirs Kupwara district.
According to reports, baby Abrar son of Mohammad Lateef Khan, a resident of Chota Margi drowned when he entered the water tub placed by the family inside their kitchen.
There was no one in the kitchen when the incident occurred, reports said.
When the mother of the infant stepped inside the kitchen she found him inside the water container and later took the child to the nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
