JAMMU: Vice Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir Cooperatives Supply and Marketing Federation Limited (JAKFED), Munish Sharma today inaugurated the digitized accounts of JAKFED.
Speaking on the occasion, Munish Sharma appreciated the initiatives taken by the management to switch over from manual to digital form of account management and assured all possible help and cooperation in this regard.
VC said that the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has announced digital India campaign which aims at bringing transparency, accuracy and promptness in the working of an organization and stressed that JAKFED should also put in place measures to comply with his vision. He said digitization will help in increasing the efficiency and improving public services which is beneficial for common masses.
VC also directed the management to get JAKFED prepared for the upcoming GST regime so that the compliance under new tax structure is made without any delay.
