Srinagar: Condemning the brutal and innocent killing of senior leader & District President PDP for Pulwama district Adv Abdul Gani Dar, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has paid rich tributes and offered Fateha, to the martyred leader and demanded immediate and thorough probe into his killing. Adv Dar has served the people for long as a social activist and legal luminary.
In a condolence meeting held at the party head quarters and Jammu Office yesterday the party leaders including Senior vice president Mohammad Sartaj Madni, General Secretaries Nizamudin Bhat, Qazi Mohammad Afzal and Rafi Ahmad Mir while paying rich tributes to him highlighted his contribution towards the welfare of the people of Pulwama and the party as well. They recalled his long association with the party leadership including party Patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. The leaders while condemning his killing has demanded thorough investigation and stern action against those involved in this heinous crime.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family the leaders said that his contribution would be remembered and void created by his demise would not be filled for long. They also prayed for eternal peace to departed soul.
The other leaders who participated in the condolence meeting and share grief in the with the bereaved family include Senior Party Leaders, Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Mohammad Dilawar Mir, senior leader; Party General Secretaries for Jammu Ved Mahajan, Mehboob Iqbal, Choudhry Qammer and Dr Mehboob Beg, Chief Spokesman of the Party.
