Srinagar: The senior PDP leader, Basharat Bukhari submitted his resignation from the cabinet on Friday, he was assigned for the portfolio of Horticulture today.
Bukhari confirms to KNS said, I have given all the reasons for tendering my resignation to the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti and she is best to explain those reasons. (KNS)
