SRINAGAR: President Government Employees Conference and Non Gazetted Employees Welfare Association SKIMS Ishtiyaq Beigh has welcomed the announcements made by State Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu with reference to implementation of Pay commission and regularization of Daily Wagers.
Ishtiyaq Beigh while appreciating Finance Minister 80-minute long Budget speech in the State Assembly at Jammu in which the Finance Minister unveiled a roadmap for implementation of various reforms, recommendations of 7th Pay Commission and regularization of daily wagers and casual labourers has termed it visionary budget .
Ishtiyaq Beigh said - The positive steps taken on burning issues like regularization of daily wager and laying out time frame for implementation of 7th Pay Commission are all steps taken in right direction. All these announcements make this budget a historic one and this has brought smiles on the faces of daily wagers and employees .
He also expressed hope that an era of dynamic work culture and efficiency, merit will usher which will make Jammu and Kashmir a progressive state .
