SRINAGAR: Taking serious note over abolishment of junior residency at SKIMS Soura here the Kashmir Economic Alliance Chairman Haji Muhammad Ya¬sin Khan has accused the ruling Peoples Democratic Party of com¬promising on every development in Kashmir only to please Nagpur.
The SKIMS Soura has abol¬ished the junior residency by vir¬tue of which more doctors were to be hired by the hospital. When the aspiring medicos completed all the formalities, a day ahead of the interviews the plan was turned down. Why so? Khan asked.
What we are given to under¬stand is the while Chief Minister had approved the plan, some min¬ister from the ally said a categori-cal no. And this made PDP to fell on the knees before BJP, Khan said in a statement issued to KNS.
Khan said if PDP doesnt have teeth to speak for interests of Kashmir even on small issues like much needed appointment of doctors, the party must give up government and start serving their masters in Nagpur.
The KEA said the persistent silence of the PDP towards ne¬glected Kashmir has become a serious concern for the civil of Kashmir. From poor power to bad roads to ailing health every sector catering to basic amenities
