Srinagar: Air traffic was today resumed from Srinagar International Airport after remaining suspended since yesterday afternoon due to poor visibility.
All the flights are operating as per schedule from the Airport as the visibility has improved today, an official of the airport told UNI.
Air traffic from the only airport in the Kashmir valley was suspended yesterday afternoon following very poor visibility due to fog. Only four morning flights were able to operate from the airport yesterday as visibility become very poor in the afternoon forcing cancellation of all incoming and outgoing flights.
As many as 17 flights operate between Srinagar-Jammu and Srinagar-Delhi on daily bases.
