SRINAGAR:Chairman Board of School Education Zahoor Ahmed Chatt said that examinations will not be deferred. “It will take few more days for us to come up with our syllabus relaxation pattern. Students need not to worry,” he said.
“The relaxation in syllabus will be given in such a manner that no student will suffer or feel uneasy,” he said. “We can’t postpone the examinations as students have to appear in competitive examinations as well and majority of them apply for these examinations outside the state.”
Chatt said that some examination centres will have to be relocated in wake of damage caused to school buildings during the turmoil. “Students need not to worry,’ he said. “We have made all the arrangements for the smooth conduct of these examinations and they’ll be held on time.”
