Srinagar:Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) on Tuesday condemned the shifting of the party chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik to Joint Interrogation centre (JIC) Humhama.
Malik was shifted to JIC Humhama from a local police station,” JKLF spokesman had said.
The spokesman said that Malik has completed 74 days in police custody and in between he was lodged in Central Jail Srinagar as well. “He was arrested on July 8, the day when Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani was killed. He was first lodged in police station Kothibagh for over three weeks where-from he was shifted to Central Jail Srinagar and then from there, taken to Humhama Mess on the day an all-party delegation from India visited Kashmir,” the JKLF spokesman said.
Meanwhile, JKLF spokesman also condemned the slapping of PSA on JKLF senior leader, Noor Muhammad Kalwal and Hurriyat (G) spokesman, Ayaz Akbar and shifting them to Kot Bolwala Jail. (KNS)
