SRINAGAR: In its bid to prepare for 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Sports Authority of India (SAI) will be conducting selection trials for Jammu and Kashmir cyclists today. The trials, according to a press release, will be held at Bakhshi Satdium Srinagar.
The selected cyclists will be given an admission in National Cycling Academy where they will be trained under the top coaches of India.
It may be noted only those born between 2000 to 2004 can take part in the trials.
The aspiring cyclists will have to go through 800m running, long jump, high jump, pushup, chin-up and 50m sprint. The trials will be conducted by SAI licensed experts.
