KARGIL: Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project Kargil, Parveen Akhtar has been awarded the prestigious Bharat Jyoti award for Meritorious service, outstanding performance and remarkable role in Economic Growth of people belonging to poor section and border area by India International Friendship Society.
The award was presented to Parveen Akhtar along with a certificate by Dr Bhishma Narain Singh former Governor of tamil nadu and assam during a seminar on copied from Jammu Links News Economic Growth and National Integration at New Delhi. Parveen Akhtar is the youngest and the most dynamic CDPO of Kargil and is the only person from J&K to get this award this year
