SRINAGAR: To woo local Kashmiris into a world class experience of eating out, especially on Sundays, Vivinta by Taj, Srinagar, has launched two special nosh-ups: Sunday Brunch and Alfresco Grill.
While one can enjoy the Brunch at Vivintas Latitude restaurant on all Sundays between 12.30 to 03.00 PM, the Alfresco Grill against the stunning view of the Zabbarwan mountain range will surely give any occasion run for its money. The Grill timings have been fixed between 7:30 to 10.00 PM on all nights.
The spectacular Vivinta Sunday Brunch buffet, with over 20 items to choose from, begins with an elaborate array of fruit and vegetable juices followed by deluxe breakfast entrées and pastries, as well as a wonderful selection of classic and Indian luncheon cuisine.
The Brunch shall consists of a mix of elaborate buffet for our guests on Sundays, Sales Director, Vivinta by Taj, Basharat Rashid said. Its open to families on all Sundays to relish the special cuisine devised by our culinary experts.
Basharat said that some of the world famous dishes on the Brunch menu are: Hummus , Fattoush , Classical Greek Salad, Tuna Tartare with orange Rind , Singapore Noodle , Five Spice Fried Rice, Dum Ghost Ki Biryani, Lamb Yakhni , Haak Saag , Dum Aloo Kashmiri and much more.

The Alfresco grill, he said, comprises Chicken Taouck , Norwegian Salmon , Grilled Trout , Grilled Prawns , Domestic Lamb Chops, Spring Chicken Half, Zatar Spiced Cheese Steak. It could be refreshing experience during the holy month of Ramdhan also, he said.
“I have had the experience of both the Brunch and the Grills and I find it exquisitely awesome,” said a frequent visitor to Vivinta, Farzana Ahmad. “I’m amazed how these have caught up so swiftly among Kashmiris.”
