SRINAGAR: A 27-year-old youth has been shot at in Murran Chowk in Pulwama town Saturday late evening and he has been referred to Bone and Joints Hospital in Srinagar.
According to SP Pulwama Rayees Ahmad Bhat one Mudassir Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Mohiddin Wani Malikpora, Pulwama, who was running a crockery shop at Murran Chowk, was shot at in his legs this evening by unknown attackers when he was closing his shop.
Wani was left in a pool of blood, and was rushed to nearby District Hospital, where doctors referred him to B&J Hospital for further treatment.
The SP said that police and forces have started searches in the area to nab the assailants.
