GUANGZHOU – Pakistan womens team will tour India to play the final of ACC Womens Twenty20 Asia Cup after the Indian Foreign Minister approved the teams visit Tuesday, Geo News reported.
The team will arrive in India on December 22 and will stay there till the first week of January.
Pakistan-India matches will be played in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata.
Pakistan womens team also qualified for the final of ACC Womens Twenty20 Asia Cup by defeating Bangladesh by six wickets in the second semi-final of the Twenty20 Asia Cup played today.
The final will be played between Pakistan and India tomorrow.
Pakistan winning the toss invited Bangladesh to bat, who made 82 for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Farzana Huque scoring 28 runs remained prominent.
From Pakistan side, Nida Rashid and Bisma Maroof took 2 wickets each.
Thus, Bangladesh had set a target of 83 runs for Pakistan to win, which was achieved for loss of 4 wickets in 18 overs.
Bisma Marrof made 27 and Nida Rashid 25 to shine in the T20 match.
