Nazir Ahmad Shekh was elected Chairman, Abdual Rahman Ganai was elected as President and Mushtaq Pahalgami as General Secretary. The spokesperson, Gulzar Ahmad Malik as Senior Vise President, Bashir Ahmad Rather as Vise President. Nisar Ahmad Lone as Treasurer, Mohammad Yousuf Bhat as Secretary, Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat as Publicity Secretary, Mohammad Shaban Lone, Ghulam Hassan Khanday, Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Mohd Akram Khanday, Gulzar Ahmad Raina, Manzoor Ahmad Wani, Nisar Ahmad Bhat, Wali Mohd lone, Ab Rashid Wani, Ab Khalik Mir and Ab Salam Mir as executive members.
