SRINAGAR:Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairperson Mohammad Yasin Malik Tuesday condemned the unbridled cruelty at Bandipora on Monday in which seven persons including a woman was tortured and violently assaulted by forces.
Malik said that this reign of terror is being unleashed by those who propagate the battle of ideas.
These cruel rulers have provided police and army such immunity that they have now started torturing even women folk, Malik said.
While strongly condemning the brutal police behaviour against those who were protesting against this oppression, Malik said that rulers should bear in mind that according to the law of nature, they will have to answer for these crimes and oppressive behaviours.
Malik also paid rich tributes to his friend and JKLF founder leader Sheikh Abdul Hamid and others including Mushtaq Ahmad lone, Advocate Jamil Chowdry, Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmad Kuttay, Mustaq Ahmad khan and Ghulam Mohammad who were killed Aali kadal Srinagar on Nov 19, 1992.
Malik also paid rich tributes to Ghulam Nabi Butt, elder brother of JKLF patriarch Muhammad Maqool Butt.
Addressing a meeting, Malik said a condolence and congregational prayers meeting will be held at Mazar I Shuhada Eid Gah Srinagar on Thursday November 19, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. in which JKLF leaders, activists and admirers of great martyrs will participate in large number.
After this meeting on the same day, Nov 19, 2015 at 11:00 A.M a blood donation camp will be held at Hamid blood bank Abi Guzar in which JKLF leaders, activists, students and people from other walks of life will donate their blood for the welfare of humanity.
