KULGAM: To ensure transparency and accountability in the government departments, the District Vigilance Officer Kulgam has constituted a team of officers to monitor various ongoing developmental works and welfare schemes.
The team will keep vigil on different activities of all the government departments and will submit observations on monthly basis to the Additional Deputy Commissioner who is also the District Vigilance Officer.
