SRINAGAR: The Director General Accounts and Treasuries , Mr. Altaf Hussain today chaired a quarterly review meeting of all the treasuries of Kashmir division including Leh and Ladakh to review overall working of treasuries of Kashmir division. He sought report on pending audit paras which have been objected by the office of Accountant General Srinagar. Besides, the recovery of excess pensions drawn by pensioners due to banking mistakes was also reviewed in the meeting.
The Director General directed the officials to speed up the activities, so that people are benefitted.
The meeting was attended by Director Accounts and Treasuries Kashmir, Saddar Treasury officer Srinagar representatives of Jammu and Kashmir Bank and various other officials
