Srinagar: The state government on Friday ordered transfer of three KAS officers In the interest of administration.
According to a government order, Farooq Ahmad Rather, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara has been transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Kashmir, relieving Shafqat Iqbal, KAS, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir of the additional charge.
Abdul Hafiz Shah, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara. He shall hold the charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS, Kupwara, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Mohammad Ashraf Wani, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir, shall hold the charge of the post of Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Srinagar, in addition to his own duties, till further orders, an official spokesman said.
