Al Nisa Trust for women empowerment Saturday organised a blood donation camp at valleys premier maternity care, LD Hospital, Srinagar, which attracted several people. Around 35 units of blood were collected. The blood donation camp was inaugurated by the principal an dean, government medical college Srinagar, Dr Rafi Ahmad Pampori.
“This is the first donation camp of our organisation, which i believe received a positive response. This is just a beginning, lot of things need to be done for our traumatized valley,” chairperson, Andleeb Majeed said.
