BUDGAM: District Development Commissioner Budgam Thursday chaired a meeting of all sectoral heads to review the pace, progress and targets achieved under different centrally and state sponsored schemes during the financial year of 2015-16.
The DDC informed the meeting that by the end of September 2015, 74.76% expenditure has been made in various sectors. He said that major thrust is on timely completion of different schemes.
The DDC said that macadamization of roads, electricity as per schedule, repairmen of transformers, progress in education, rural development, irrigation facilities and other works are the priorities of district administration and every possible step is being taken to meet the targets.
