SRINAGAR: Former chairman of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Prof. D. P. Agarwal interacted with the students and faculty members of Central University of Kashmir (CUK) on Monday.
Agarwal acknowledged the challenges and constraints of building up a new institute like Central University of Kashmir, which started its courses in 2010, and stressed on the need to utilize students in this endeavour.
